Yoga and Meditation

Each morning will kick off with checkin and an hour of age-appropriate yoga, movement, and guided mindfulness. These daily sessions are designed with care to increase focus, reduce anxiety, and help naturally regulate their emotions.

Your child will learn practical, fun breathing and movement exercises to take home with them, like forward folds to channel high energy or gentle backbends to shake off sleepiness. We also weave in singing and beautiful crystal sound bowls to make the mindfulness experience immersive and fun!

Rather than just practicing on the mat, children will learn real-world tools to take home for when "feelings get big".

The end goal is that your little creatives are given some practical tools to regulate and find peace inside.

Creative Art Process

  • Day One - Fiber Arts

Our kiddos will learn about weaving, felting, and/or fabric as we play with fiber arts.
