About
Sara Ruffin (RYT-500) is a Tantra Hatha yoga teacher based in Los Angeles with more than ten years of teaching experience. Sara hosts various retreats throughout the year and believes yoga is for every age, body, race, and background.
Sara celebrates the divine feminine in her teachings and classes. She offers yoga with the intention of helping others feel safe in order experience their own unique luminosity and stillness within.
